Shipping policy
Standard processing time for orders to ship is 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed, unless otherwise mentioned. Pre-orders require a longer processing time so we can carefully craft your order and prepare it for shipping.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email providing a tracking number with the estimated delivery date.

For all packages marked 'delivered' but not received:
Occasionally the delivery carriers will mark a package delivered 1-2 days before the package arrives. Please wait 1-2 business days before reaching out to customer service. If the package still hasn't shown up, please check with the carrier.
Stranded Apparel is not liable for missing packages marked as 'delivered' that are either mis-delivered by the post office/Carrier or due to theft on your property. Thank you for understanding.
